The Best Part of Waking Up...

….is seeing my Hubbin's smiling face!

I woke up to the smell of coffee this morning. “E” was holding a cup of coffee in front of my sleeping face to see if the smell would wake me. It doesn’t get much better than that to wake to my smiling Hubbin who is holding a hot cup of coffee! He was of course, laughing about it working so effectively to wake me!

Right now as I type, "E" is making two short foot stools, one for my grandson, and one for the little boy who belongs to one of the gals at work. These foot stools with handles will help them reach the sink and toilet so they can do things for themselves, like potty training, washing their hands, and brushing their teeth. He’s practicing his woodworking skills and getting to use the new tools he purchased recently. I’ll be adding pictures of some of their favorite characters to the stools once he is done with his part, and then I’ll post pictures here, when the little foot stools are complete.

I love this guy! He has such a huge, big, teddy bear heart that I'm surprised it fits in his body! He touches me in the feels, for sure!
